Anti-Phishing game framework berbasis web application sebagai media edukasi untuk meningkatkan security awareness terhadap URLs phishing attacks

Perkembangan laporan serangan phishing terus berkembang setiap tahunnya. Kerentanan manusia menjadikan serangan phishing yang paling efektif dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil laporan tahunan monitoring keamanan siber tahun 2021 Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) menempatkan sektor pendidikan sebagai sektor terbanyak kedua sebaran phishing di Indonesia. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka diperlukan upaya untuk dapat menanggulanginya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan terhadap serangan phishing di sektor pendidikan untuk mengajarkan pengguna tentang URL phishing menggunakan aplikasi Media Edukasi Anti-phishing Game Framework. Aplikasi yang dibuat berdasarkan referensi dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya yang digunakan sebagai dasar acuan. Pengembangan desain game aplikasi menggunakan extended DPE framework. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa-Siswi SMK jurusan rekayasa perangkat lunak dan Taruna-Taruni Politeknik Siber dan Sandi Negara. Jumlah responden Siswa dan Taruna masing-masing sebanyak 30 responden. Untuk menilai tingkat kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang phishing, peserta akan diberikan pre-test sebelum bermain game, dan setelah bermain akan diberikan post-test. Untuk menilai aplikasi apakah dapat digunakan sebagai media edukasi, akan menggunaan penilaian user acceptance test yang diberikan kepada responden. Jawaban pre-test dan post-test akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji-t berpasangan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil peningkatan identifikasi URL Phishing oleh responden sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi dalam meningkatkan security awareness terhadap serangan URL Phishing. Reports of phishing continue to grow every year. Human vulnerability makes phishing attacks the most effective. Based on the 2021 cybersecurity monitoring annual report results, the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) places the education sector as the second largest sector in the distribution of phishing in Indonesia. A solution is needed to overcome this problem. This study aims to increase security awareness against phishing in the education sector by teaching users about URL phishing using the Anti-phishing Game Framework as an educational medium. The application was made based on references from several previous studies. Design development, Anti-phishing Game Framework, using the extended DPE Framework The participants in this study were vocational students and cadets of the National Cyber and Crypto Polytechnic. The number of respondents each reached as many as 30 respondents. To assess the level of awareness and understanding of phishing, participants will be given a pre-test and a post-test. To assess whether the application can be used as an educational medium or not, it will use a user acceptance test. The answers to the pre-test and post-test will be analyzed using a paired t-test to answer the research hypothesis. The results show that there are differences in the results of increasing the identification of URL phishing attacks by respondents before and after using the application to increase security awareness against URL phishing attacks. Meanwhile, the user acceptance test questionnaire data analysis results showed that the application could be used as an educational medium.
