Perancangan Information Technology Business Continuity Plan (IT BCP) menggunakan ISO/IEC 27031:2016 pada Politeknik Siber dan Sandi Negara (Poltek SSN)

Politeknik Siber dan Sandi Negara (Poltek SSN) merupakan institusi pendidikan yang berada di bawah naungan Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN). Unit kerja yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengelola aset-aset teknologi dalam mendukung keberlangsungan bisnis pada Poltek SSN adalah Unit Teknologi Informasi (TI). Information and communication technology (ICT) menjadi bagian yang penting dalam keberlangsungan bisnis di Poltek SSN, hal ini tidak terlepas dari risiko yang dapat berdampak bagi bisnis terkait. Oleh karena itu, perlunya perencanaan kebutuhan untuk menanggapi, memulihkan, dan melanjutkan proses bisnis setelah adanya gangguan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membuat Information Technology Business Continuity Plan (IT BCP) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Poltek SSN untuk menjaga keberlangsungan bisnisnya saat terjadi gangguan pada komponen ICT yang mendukung berjalannya proses binsis. Perancangan IT BCP terdiri dari tahap penilaian risiko, tahap analisis dampak bisnis, dan tahap penyusunan strategi keberlangsungan bisnis. Standar ISO/IEC 27005:2018 digunakan untuk menilai risiko berdasarkan aset organisasi. Dasar yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis dampak bisnis adalah standar ISO/IEC 22317:2015. Terakhir pembuatan strategi keberlangsungan bisnis merujuk pada standar ISO/IEC 27031:2016. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah dokumen IT BCP yang berisi prosedur keberlangsungan bisnis Poltek SSN saat terjadi gangguan pada infrastruktur ICT di Poltek SSN. --

The National Cyber and Crypto Polytechnic (Poltek SSN) is an educational institution under the auspices of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). The work unit that manages information technology services and data centers at the Poltek SSN is the Information Technology (TI) Unit. Information and communication technology (ICT) became an important part of business continuity at Poltek SSN, this fact makes it inseparable from the risks that can have an impact on related businesses. Therefore, a plan to respond, recover, and resume business processes after a disruption is a need. This research was made in order to make an Information Technology Business Continuity Plan (IT BCP) which is in accordance with the needs of Poltek SSN to maintain business continuity when there is a disturbance in the ICT component that supports the continuity of business processes. The design of IT BCP consists of several steps, there are a risk assessment, a business impact analysis, and composing a business continuity strategy. The ISO/IEC 27005:2018 standard is used to assess risk based on organizational assets. The basis used to conduct a business impact analysis is ISO/IEC 22317:2015 standard, and ISO/IEC 27031:2016 is a reference to compose a business continuity strategy. The result of this research is an IT BCP document that contains procedures for business continuity at Poltek SSN when there is a disturbance in the ICT infrastructure at Poltek SSN.
