Implementasi algoritma SIT pada prototipe sistem kesehatan pribadi untuk pasien COVID-19 menggunakan protokol autentikasi WMSN

Personalized Healthcare Systems (PHS) merupakan suatu bentuk perubahan dalam pengelolaan informasi layanan kesehatan. Dengan adanya jaringan sensor medis tersebut, dapat mendukung adanya transformasi dalam PHS berupa kemudahan pemantauan kesehatan untuk memberikan penanganan kesehatan berdasarkan informasi yang diterima. Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak besar pada teknologi kesehatan. Untuk memutus penularan virus COVID-19 maka perlu dibangun suatu sistem kesehatan pribadi untuk pasien COVID-19 yang dapat mengukur tiga tanda vital pasien COVID-19 dari jarak jauh serta aman dari serangan kejahatan terhadap pengamanan informasi dalam lingkup jaringan sensor medis nirkabel. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan rancang bangun sistem kesehatan pribadi dengan fitur notifikasi yang menggunakan protokol autentikasi WMSN dengan menerapkan algoritma SIT dan SHA-256. Perangkat yang digunakan ESP32 DEVKIT V1 di sisi pasien sebagai pemroses data dari sensor. Tiga tanda vital pasien COVID-19 diukur menggunakan perangkat DS18B20 sebagai sensor suhu tubuh dan perangkat Sparkfun Oximeter and Heart Rate Sensor sebagai sensor kadar oksigen dalam darah dan denyut jantung. Hasil implementasi algoritma SIT yang digunakan untuk menjamin kerahasiaan dari data kesehatan vital pasien COVID-19 belum berhasil dilakukan secara keseluruhan untuk mendekripsi data kesehatan yang diterima pada aplikasi.
Pada penelitian ini sensor yang digunakan memiliki akurasi sebesar 99,99% untuk sensor suhu, sensor denyut jantung 99,98% dan akurasi spo2 99,99%. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari performa sistem ketika login yaitu time for user dengan rata-rata 1222248,400 mikrodetik, time for gateway 4507,780075 mikrodetik. Sedangkan untuk time for sensor sebesar 52757,2 mikrodetik. --

Personalized Healthcare Systems (PHS) is a transformation in the management of health care information. With the medical sensor network, it eases the health monitoring to provide healthcare system based on the information received. COVID-19 pandemic has given a major impact on healthcare technology. To stop the spreading of COVID-19 virus, it is necessary to build a personal healthcare system for patients to measure the three vital signs of COVID-19 patients and is safe from attacks on the wireless medical sensor networks. In this research, a personal health system is designed with a notification that implements the WMSN authentication protocol by applying SIT and SHA-256 algorithms. ESP32 DEVKIT V1 on the patient side is used to process data from the sensor. Three vital signs of COVID-19 patients are measured using DS18B20 Sensor as a body temperature sensor and Sparkfun Oximeter and Heart Rate Sensor as a blood oxygen levels and heart rate sensor. The results implementation of SIT algorithm use for guarantee the confidentiality of the vital health data of COVID-19 patients has not been successfully implemented in decrypting the health data received in the application.
In this research, the accuracy of the sensor when compared to commercial equipment is 99,99% accurate for temperature sensors, and heart rate sensors are 99,98% and spo2 accuracy is 99,99%. In addition, based on the results from the performance testing when logging in, the time used for user is in average of 1222248,400 microseconds and time for gateway is 4507,780075 microseconds. Meanwhile, the time for sensor is 52757.2 microseconds.
