Implementasi teknik pengenalan wajah Viola-Jones dan local binary pattern histogram serta pengukuran suhu tubuh pada perangkat kendali akses ruang workshop Politeknik Siber dan Sandi Negara

Ruang Workshop Politeknik Siber dan Sandi Negara merupakan tempat penyimpanan perangkat elektronik yang dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dan penelitian oleh dosen dan taruna PoltekSSN. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, ruang workshop perlu diberikan sistem keamanan yang memadai untuk menjaga keutuhan perangkat elektronik di dalamnya. Virus COVID-19 yang saat ini juga dengan cepat menyebar, menyebabkan ruang workshop membutuhkan penerapan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus di dalam ruangan. Penelitian ini membangun sistem kendali akses contactless dan sistem pengukuran suhu tubuh pada ruang workshop. Penelitian dirancang berdasarkan metode System Development Life Cycle yaitu waterfall development. Kebutuhan sistem diperoleh melalui survey dan wawancara. Sistem kendali akses menerapkan faktor autentikasi biometrik yaitu pengenalan wajah dan suhu tubuh diukur dengan modul MLX90614. Algoritma yang diimplementasikan pada pengenalan wajah yaitu Viola-Jones dan Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH). Data wajah pengguna berupa data histogram wajah diamankan dengan algoritma PRESENT. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem telah memenuhi kebutuhan yang diharapkan. Hasil pengujian akurasi suhu tubuh mencapai 98,85% pada jarak optimal 1-5 cm dan akurasi pengenalan wajah pengguna yang diukur pada lokasi ruang workshop mencapai 58%. Sistem pengenalan wajah dengan algoritma LBPH terbukti aman dari serangan face spoofing dan melalui pengujian sniffing attack, data yang terkirim terbukti aman dengan adanya metode enkripsi. --

Workshop Room of Politeknik Siber dan Sandi Negara is a place for storing electronic devices that are used for learning and research activities by PoltekSSN
lecturers and students. Therefore, the workshop room needs to be provided with an adequate security system to keep the electronic devices safe. In addition to the
COVID-19 outbreak, the workshop room also requires the implementation of health protocols to prevent the virus spreading in the room. In this research, a contactless
access control system and body temperature measurement system will be built. The research was designed based on the System Development Life Cycle method,
namely waterfall development. System requirements are obtained through surveys and interviews. The access control system applies biometric authentication factors,
face detection in specific, and body temperature will be measured by the MLX90614 module. The algorithms implemented in facial recognition are Viola-Jones and
Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH). The face extraction data as a histogram will also be encrypted with PRESENT algorithm.
Based on the test results, the system has fulfilled the requirements. The accuracy of body temperature reached 98,85% at the range of 1-5 cm and the accuracy of facial
recognition measured at the workshop room reached 58%. The face recognition system with LBPH algorithm implemented is also safe from face spoofing attacks
and by sniffing the system, the transmitted data is secured by the encryption method.
