"Protokol key agreement merupakan salah satu protokol kriptografi yang menyediakan layanan kriptografi untuk mengadakan suatu pertukaran data ataupun kunci yang memiliki informasi rahasia. Dalam penelitian ini didesain sebuah protokol authenticated key agreement ‰ÛÏProsign‰Û yang dikembangkan dari protokol key agreement Diffie Hellman Elliptic Curve dengan menerapkan konsep ID-Based Proxy Signcryption Scheme menggunakan komputasi Weil pairing. Secara garis besar desain protokol ‰ÛÏProsign‰Û ini terdiri dari lima komponen algoritma, yaitu algoritma setup, extract, key exchange, generation of proxy key, dan key validation. Secara teoritis, protokol authenticated key agreement ‰ÛÏProsign‰Û memenuhi atribut keamanan sebuah protokol key agreement yaitu Known Key Security, Perfect Forward Secrecy, No Key Compromise Impersonation, No Unknown Key Share dan Key Control. Selain itu, protokol authenticated key agreement ‰ÛÏProsign‰Û memenuhi aspek Confidentiality, Data Integrity, Non- Repudiation dan Authentication serta tahan terhadap serangan Man-In-The-Middle. "
