Perancangan dan simulasi teknologi blockchain berbasis hyperledger pada sistem rekam medis terdistribusi

Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang diberikan kepada pasien. Ketersediaan rekam medis sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan layanan kesehatan. Namun, sifatnya yang rahasia membuat rekam medis tidak dapat diakses oleh sembarang pihak. Adanya kemungkinan seorang pasien memiliki lebih dari satu rekam medis yang tersebar di lebih dari satu rumah sakit juga dapat mempengaruhi keakuratan diagnosa terhadap pasien. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, pengembangan sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mendistribusikan rekam medis dengan tetap menjaga kerahasian dan keasliannya mulai dikembangkan. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan hal tersebut adalah blockchain. Blockchain digambarkan sebagai sebuah buku besar atau basis data yang terdesentralisasi. Pendistribusian rekam medis menggunakan blockchain dapat meminimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Reliabilitas yang dimiliki blockchain juga dapat menghindarkan terjadinya single point of failure. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan rekam medis menggunakan private blockchain guna menyediakan pendistribusian rekam medis secara aman. Private blockchain hanya mengizinkan pihak yang telah terdaftar pada jaringan yang dapat mengakses rekam medis yang terintegrasi dengan blockchain tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall Development, dengan kerangka kerja hyperledger fabric. Hasil pengujian terhadap rancangan sistem menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan private blockchain dalam pendistribusian rekam medis dapat menyediakan jaminan kerahasiaan, keutuhan , ketersediaan dan kenirsangkalan data rekam medis berdasarkan kriteria Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE).

DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IN DISTRIBUTED MEDICAL RECORD SYSTEM
Medical record is a file that contains records and documents about the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services provided to patients. The availability of medical records is very important in the delivery of health services because it affects the patient's diagnosis process. However, its confidentiality makes medical records inaccessible to just anyone. The possibility that a patient has more than one medical record spread over more than one hospital can also affect the accuracy of the diagnosis of the patient. In this regard, the development of a system that can be used to distribute medical records while maintaining confidentiality and authenticity began to be developed. One technology that can be used to do this is blockchain. Blockchain is described as a big book or a decentralized database. The distribution of medical records using blockchain can minimize the use of resources. Reliability of the blockchain can also prevent from a single point of failure. In this research a system design can be used to integrate medical records using a private blockchain to provide safe distribution of medical records. Private blockchain only allows parties who have registered on a network that can access medical records that are integrated with the blockchain. The methodology used in this study is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall Development, with a hyperledger fabric framework. Test results on the system design show that the use of a private blockchain in the distribution of medical records can provide a guarantee of the confidentiality and authenticity of medical records. Distributed medical record system using blockchain technology is proven to have implemented 3 security criteria based on Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE).
